School's Out!

This week was long with classes and work for Mike and Me trying to entertain myself. But we made it through! Twilight came out this week and it was good, for a movie but of course far off from the book. We enjoyed watching it though. We went and saw it yesterday with Scott and Jennie.

After the movie we went shopping! Christmas shopping already? I know, but since we were there and had time we went.

For dinner we went out to Chile's. Yummy! Good food and great company makes for a awesome night! And Mike got free food because he asked for potatoes and they gave him fries. So he got both. This is two out of two for going to dinner in Idaho Falls with the Ostermillers that Mike has gotten free food. Maybe we should go out with them more often! :)

This week of course is Thanksgiving. A time of gratitude. We will spend it in Boise Wednesday through Sunday. It should be a blast!

So I saw this on CarolAnne's blog and thought it would be fun to try. Suprise Suprise I ended up as Esme. I have been told by quite a few people that is who they are reminded of when they think of me.

And who else would Michael be?

Of course he had to be Carlisle. It just fits :D LOL

November

November has come to rexburg and with it cold weather. Snow, rain, and more rain. Mike is busy with school, homework and work. I'm at home trying to stay busy.

This is my most recent project. Its a fall quilt. Its not done yet. I still need to do the back. But I have at least finished the front of it. :D After many times of my sewing machine not working, I fianlly borrowed one from a lady in my ward. I will put another picture up when it is completly done.

Other than that its cleaning an already clean apartment and making food. I did make orange rolls yesterday. They turned out really yummy.

Birthday!

My birthday was a few days ago. I am so grateful to all the people who love me. I got August Rush, a book by Sheri Dew "If Life Were Easy, It Wouldn't Be So Hard" which is amazing!, Anastasia, chocolate and a cute scarecrow decoration, a curling iron, popsicles, lipgloss, and "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer.

I love all the cards that people sent to me. They are all so cute! I appreciate people thinking of me on my birthday and making sure that I know that I am loved.

Cute Decorations

While I was in Boise, Mom helped me make some cute decorations for my apartment. I think they turned out cute and help make it seem more like Fall.

This glass block says GIVE THANKS. The wreath is so cute and can be changed to winter poinsetta so it can be used all year round!

Pumpkins

Lisa and I carved pumpkins while mike was at his concert. And I think they turned out fabulous even if i do say so myself! Lisa's (above) is a haunted house. She has a lot more patience than me. Mine (below) is a very cute face. :) I didn't have the patience to carve something cooler. Such is life!

Mike's Concerts

Thanks to Mom help, I made Mike's costume for the 6 concerts he played. It was the Halloween concert at the college. It turned out amazing. The concerts were also amazing. They played Pirates of the Caribbean and Pirates of Penzance. It was so cool!
