So I am working on turning one of my closets into a book nook. And I didn't take a picture of stage one but here is stage two and three(ish). (above)
Stage one consisted of taking apart the lovely shelving and swapping it with a different closet so I had only one long shelf in the book nook for sitting...
I still have more painting to finish but here is a general idea...
I will try to post more when its finally finished

Gwen at 6 months!

We can hardly believe our baby girl is six months old already!

 At 18 pounds she is almost out of her baby carseat!

 She can sit up without assistance...

and rolls everywhere!

She can also wiggle around and is working on crawling, 

but isn't very good yet.

 She loves to giggle at her brother...

 She loves Cheerios, and mumu's...

 She is a very happy baby

 She gets compliments everywhere we go.

We love our baby girl!

Randome Picture dump

Things have been crazy lately. Obviously we had our little baby girl. She was born February 25th about 2:30 in the afternoon. Relatively easy labor once they started me on pitosin. She was 8lbs 7oz about 20inches long (I think). She is beautiful and healthy and we love having her around. Connor loves being a big brother. 

We also have gotten a house. It's a cute little three bedroom, one bath. We got our loan through the USDA/ Rural Development. (if you want to know more email me.) The house payments are cheaper than an apartment and I don't have to work. (Which is fabulous)

Jobs have changed. Mike is now a Systems Analyst with Rebound. (which means a raise)! YAY!

We're still just settling in from so many changes. But we are loving life!

Gwen's Blessing

Today was Gwen's blessing was today. She looked beautiful in her blessing dress that my mom made for her. And the white blanket Grandma Hokanson made was a lovely addition.

Poor baby was super sick with a nasty cold. Much better now but this is all he would do for a few days...

And this is what he would do if we tried to give him tylonel.... basically anything to get away, including spitting it all over me...
